Breakfast: Easy Peanut & Radish Salad

Today, I’ll share with you one of the breakfast foods peanut and a very simple salad recipe. Hope you enjoy :)
How to Fry Peanuts
Prepare a bowl of raw peanut (no shell).
Add them to a pan, then add oil, let it barely cover the peanuts. Use the biggest fire until you’ll see some bubbles in the oil. Then turn the fire down to the lowest heat. Stir the peanuts once in a while. Let it slowly fry for about 8-10 minutes. Until they become beautiful lightly golden brown.
Take out the peanuts with a strainer, strain out the oil, sprinkle some salt to taste, mix, let it cool down, so they become crunchy and flavourful.
How to Make Radish Salad
radish 1x, grate the radish on a medium grater.
carrot 1x, grate the carrot radish on a medium grater.
red sweet pointed pepper 1/2, thin, short (5-8 cm) sliced
mild green pepper 1x, thin, short (5-8 cm) sliced
hot red chili pepper 1x, thin sliced in rings
one peeled garlic glove, finely chopped
2 tbsp hot olive oil
sugar 1/2 tsp
black rice vinegar 1tbsp
All prepared ingredients add to a mixing bowl, add salt to taste, mix.
Serve: Display all the loss foods such as Peanut, salads, naan around the milk tea and ENJOY your delicious Uyghur style breakfast!
